Silver (Ag)
Silver is an interesting metal, with many uses due to silver excellent properties, including excellent electrical and thermal conductivity. There are also some interesting anti-microbial properties associated with silver, making silver particles of interest for medical dressings. Other uses associated with the precious metal also include jewellery, silverware, medals, coins and bullion bars.
Silver is produced mostly as a by-product from copper electrolytic refining; therefore you may expect the price of silver to be related to the price of copper?
